6:30 a.m. SAN DIEGO - The ``Suzuki Rock 'n' Roll Marathon'' will get under
way with a wheelchair competition, followed by the race and a concert at Coors

1 p.m. SAN DIEGO - The San Diego County Board of Supervisors will hold a
hearing to receive input from organizations that want to receive community

2 p.m. SAN DIEGO - The San Diego City Council will review the next fiscal
year's budgets for the police and fire departments and City Attorney's Office,

6 a.m. SAN DIEGO - The 48th annual ``Coming Out Party'' by the Old Mission
Beach Athletic Club will feature bands, dancing and food. The event celebrates
the ``coming out'' of founding OMBAC member Delmar Miller from a Korean
prisoner of war camp. Set-up begins at 6 a.m. The party begins at 1 p.m.
