Finley, who is accused of domestic abuse against her husband, Cleveland

police Officer David Mills, who is accused of sexually assaulting two women

   9 a.m. NEWPORT BEACH - A preliminary hearing is set for Gilberto Garcia,
who is accused in the slaying of the owner of an ice cream shop in Laguna

   9 a.m. SANTA ANA - Trial is scheduled to begin for Chae Jung Han, a cab

   9 a.m. SANTA ANA - Jury selection is scheduled to continue in the trial of
Carlos Sanchez and Jorge Martinez. They are accused in a shooting in which
gang members, targeting a rival, killed a grandmother in her living room.

who is accused of wounding her husband in a shooting on Christmas Day 2000.

Merentes and Claudia Correal. He is charged with murder and she is charged
